Shipping Policy

*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages*

We aim to ship packages as soon as possible. Your order will ship within 3 business days unless otherwise stated. Tie dye items are made to order and we're currently working on a 7-14 day timeline. 

We ship USPS unless another arrangement has been made by the customer. Our flat rate charge is $5 on all orders under $50, and for orders over $50, items will ship for free.  We only ship domestically, unfortunately we cannot ship outside of the US at this time.

All orders have a tracking number that is emailed to the customer as soon as the order is fulfilled and your package is being prepared. We encourage you to use the USPS tracking service for all updates on your order.

In the instance that a package has been delivered (and confirmed delivery is provided by USPS) but the customer is unable to track down the package, we encourage you to work directly with USPS for the solution. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to replace lost or stolen packages. 

 If you placed an order and have not heard from us or received any tracking information in more than three business days, please contact us! That shouldn't happen, but if it does, we'll work to get to the bottom of it asap!
